May 20, 2013 – CapsoVision exhibited at the annual Digestive Disease Week conference in Orlando Florida from May 18-21. The exhibition was held at the Orange Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This was CapsoVision’s second DDW exhibition since the international launch of the CapsoCam SV-1.
On Monday, May 20 Profesor Jean Christophe Saurin presented the results from the French clinical study “Prospective first comparison of an axial and a lateral viewing capsule endoscopic system in patients with obscure digestive bleeding” during the Evaluation of the Small Intestine with New Capsules, Software and Complementary Testing poster presentation Session. The results concluded that the CapsoCam SV-1 found 30% more lesions than the PillCam SB2.
